These black bean burgers are ridiculously easy to make. Not only are they gluten-free, soy-free and vegan, they taste delicious!
1 16 ounce can black beans, drained
3 tablespoons brown rice flour
4 tablespoons salsa
Mash the heck out of all of those ingredients and form them into 4 patties. Place them in a lightly oiled skillet on medium/low heat. You want to be sure that they cook all the way through and get crispy on the outside.
My favorite toppings are some ketchup, soy-free vegenaise and gluten-free buns. I threw a little steamed spinach on the one in the picture. That was pretty tasty too!
