This is basically just a thick smoothie, but it works wonders when my daughter is begging for ice cream and I want her to eat something healthier.
1 cup sliced frozen bananas
8-10 large frozen strawberries
1 cup rice milk
Instructions: Just blend it all up and add more bananas if it’s not thick enough. Serve in lovely dessert cups, give to darling children, and watch them take delight in this fruity concoction.
